These terms govern the Hardwood Creations text messaging program operated from our dedicated business number, (704) 327-2672.
1. Program description
Hardwood Creations sends low-volume operational text messages of two kinds:
- Employee operational notifications — schedule and job-status notifications sent to our own employees about work in progress.
- Hiring coordination — messages to job applicants about the position they applied for: scheduling interviews and paid working sessions, and application follow-ups.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or sales messages under this program.
2. Consent
You receive messages only if you provided your mobile number to us directly — as an employee of Hardwood Creations, or as part of a job application. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of any application, and is not shared with or sold to any third party.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Most recipients receive only a few messages in total.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Hardwood Creations does not charge for the program itself.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a single message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent. You can re-join by replying START, or by providing consent to us again.

7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes to the program will be communicated before they take effect.
